Job Description

The customer service team leader position is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through the daily management of a team of employees to include motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, counseling, training, and problem solving.
• Maintain good morale amongst program members on and off the floor by representing positivity, professionalism and respect.
• Maintain good communication and continually remain a resource for the Operations, Service Delivery, and Quality teams.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience with operations training or staff development
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
• Strong analytical skills with creative “flair” required
• Strong attention to detail with strategic thinking skills
• Excellent daily decision making and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to maintain multitasking over an extended period of time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
