We have an exciting opportunity in Franklin, MA that we want to talk to you about! 

As a CNC Operator, you will operate equipment which may include single or multiple spindle screw machines or CNC controlled equipment.  

**Entry level Candidates are encouraged to apply, we have an excellent training program!**


  • Reads blueprint or job order for product specifications such as dimensions, tolerances, number of parts to be machined and tooling instructions. 
  • Positions and secure equipment and load raw material or product into feeding mechanism.
  • Move controls to cycle machine through settings, stopping machine and adjusting tool positions and machine controls to allow for operating factors such as timing, clearance between moving parts, and chip removal.
  • When applicable to the equipment, installs and adjusts specified cams, gears, and stops to control stock and tool movements at each station.
  • Starts machine, observes operation, and inspects first run and sample workpiece to ensure product conforms to specifications.
  • Lubricates equipment and removes chips from machine and surrounding area.
  • Helps count parts and moves finished product to the cleaning area.
  • Keeps the machine and surrounding area clean.
  • Replaces worn tools.
  • Basic computer operating skills.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • High School Diploma
  • 1 month – 2 years experience desired, will train,
  • Trade school experience will be considered for work experience 
  • Written and Spoken English
  • Basic Math Skills, works with fractions and decimals.
  • Must have mechanical aptitude
  • Routinely lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge and use of PPE required.
