Job Description: What will I be doing?

The temporary Correspondence Analyst is responsible for the review of daily automated and manual correspondence for all business units. The analyst is also responsible for monitoring the integrity of fulfillment feeds, development of control reports for ‘at risk’ correspondence items, contractual audit reviews of post-mailing correspondence, works with vendors and internal departments to implement new letters, and communicates with the business to report defects and change requests related to correspondence functionality.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: Can I do this Job?

Required Experience

  HS Diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years having performed quality review within operations or equivalent.

  Must be able to communicate effectively with technical resources and non-technical business owners.

  Ability to develop and run controls to ensure accuracy of data, file extracts, and reports as required.

  Possesses knowledge of relational databases.

  Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks and solve problems.

  Must possess a high degree of tact, diplomacy and professionalism when interacting with co-workers and vendors.

  Must be proficient in Excel and Word, to include developing within Excel macros, formulas, and scripting.

Preferred Experience

  Experience creating and/or executing moderate to complex queries to extract data for reporting and analysis.

  Some college course work.

  Visio, SharePoint and PowerPoint.

  Insurance or operations experience.

  Experience writing business documentation (requirements or processes).
