Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated Bilingual Spanish - Customer Service Representative to join our workforce. In this position, you will play a key role answering incoming customers' requests and inquiries, providing order processing support, while delivering best-in-class customer service. Customer Service Representative Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone or email.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Job Requirements

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Most be Bilingual - English/Spanish
  • 1-2 years of customer service/call center experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Typing skill up to 35 wpm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to use logic and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
