Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Interfaces with other Company personnel in service, parts, sales or other divisions as needed to obtain the information necessary to make objective equitable decisions Evaluates customer or dealer requests for assistance on Company products and determines the type and amount of assistance to be provided by YMUS Maintains customer records by updating account information. Strong written and verbal communications abilities. Able to type 40 wpm Proficient in Windows OS, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Carry out various administrative tasks or special assignments within the department as needed.
