Job Description

  • Assist with preparing of all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements.

  • Assist with Developing and maintaining all Service reporting systems (i.e., Business Objects, SAP, Excel and Siebel YWMS).

  • Ensure that YGC is JSOX compliant as per our internal processes.

  • Provide business planning recommendations to the YGC management team (i.e., Service, Parts and Accessories and Warranty). 

  •  Perform periodic reviews (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) to insure that all KPIs are performing as per management direction.   

  • Prepares charts and diagrams showing prior, current and projected revenues and expenditures to provide a basis for comparison and evaluation.

  • Lead, prepare, and analyze monthly cost center review with assigned division.

  • Prepare and analyze periodic reports that are distributed to executives and managers with a written explanation of the highlights of each report and trending patterns. Explain the driving forces behind significant variances.


  • Monitors daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify operational trends in specific warranty and call activity data.

Job Requirements

  • BA / BS in Business, Accounting and / or Finance is recommended.

  • 1 - 3 years of experience with data management tools including report development. Knowledge of Business Objects and SAP is highly desirable.

  • Must have project management experience.

  • Must have exceptional analytical and computer skills.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Power Point, Access, Excel and Word).

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
